2: Wedding Reception Only Special:
OEP will coordinate the entire wedding reception of your dreams to your
preferences. We will meet in person with you prior to your event, go over
the entire reception plan, hours of research, and show up early and set up PRIOR
to the start time at no additional charge. All this normally runs $235/hr
based on Start to Stop time. (Set up and Take down times are no additional
charge.) Currently, with this web special, only $209/hr, minimum 4 hours.
33: Wedding
Slide or Video Presentation Add-on Special:
The finished video is in either DVD or VHS format and
yours to keep! This
add on is flexible for your budget. Price depends on complexity.
Usual Range: ($400)0). A typical presentation
in the $400 range has all images submitted on CD in order of preference in *.bmp
or *.jpg files, and soundtracks in *.mp3 files. This can be up to
200 images, 3 sound files, and up to 15 minutes. We can also use video
clips, preferably in MPEG format. We can show your special presentation on
a regular 5 ft portable movie screen, or our larger deluxe 5 ft x 7 ft
felt-curtained video screen (seen in the last picture on this page).

4: Wedding Club Lighting Package:
For and energetic, exciting dance time at your reception, OEP has multicolored
lighting that has beams that dance, move to the beat of the music and create the
mood that you want on the dance floor on your special day. A typical
package includes 8-10 lighting effects including strobes, white beams, and
dancing multicolored beams. This add-on normally is $369.00. Through
this web special, you can add it to your reception for $279.00.
