- For information on scheduling an event:
Go to the request info
link. Fill out as much information about your event as possible.
Within a day or two, we will email you back, or call you (your preference)
with a availability, a quote and options to make your event exactly the way
you dreamed of. If everything meets your approval, we will place a
tentative "reservation" on your date in the OEP Calendar. A written agreement
will be forwarded to you. Kindly return it with a $100 deposit to hold
your reservation.

immediately. To be fair to all our clients, bookings are done on a first-come, first-served basis.
