    At Odyssey Entertainment Productions, YOU have the choice of payment options.  We gladly accept:

•  Due to lack of use by our clients, and our wish to keep our prices to our clients economical, our Credit Card Service has been discontinued.

Paying a $100 deposit will hold your events reservation until 2 weeks prior to your event.  At that time, the full balance will be due.  Call (530) 246-7999 for more information. 

Checks & Money Orders: Preprinted personal and business check orders can be approved immediately upon verification approval. Other check orders are held for up to 14 days. US Bank cashiers checks and United States Postal Service money orders are approved immediately. Other money orders are held for up to 14 days. 

Cancellation:  Agreements with OEP cannot be cancelled or modified except in writing by either the client or Odyssey Entertainment Productions.  If cancellation is initiated by Client less than 60 days prior to the event, then the deposit will be forfeited.  For cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event, Client is responsible for the total fee OR may forfeit deposit only by signing a new Entertainment Agreement With OEP within two weeks of cancellation for a substitute engagement performed in the following 6 months.  Rescheduling for events cancelled due to inclement weather will be accommodated whenever possible.  Rescheduled events are subject to availability.
